What exactly happens after ordering?
We will reconfirm the status of the desired item and its weight. Full payment, including the shipping fees need to be paid before we will mail it out to your mailing address.

We send our items out using the local post office, and this is their rates.

What are the type of payment mode accepted?
A) Paypal (But we regret to inform that we need to add the fee for each transaction is 2.9% plus $0.30 USD of the total amount.)
B) You can bank transfer to either  Development Bank Of Singapore, DBS or United Overseas Bank,UOB bank.
C) Self collection is only possible thru our Haru Kiosk dates, held at Scape.

Can I cancel a purchase?
Once we receive full payment, I'm afraid not. Should there be another keen buyer who wanted the item, we will let you know and let you confirmation of cancellation. Such cases, full refund will be processed unless payment thru Paypal~

My item received is damaged.
Kindly take pictures of the item in its package situation and contact us immediately.

I will like to make bulk purchases, is there any discounts?
As our items are mostly 1 piece each, we can try to give you the best price we can.

Do you have any form of membership or perks program?
Now we do not have any, but should we notice that you often buy from us, we will add in something as a token from us to you.

You will need to send us clear pics of the desired item and colours, your weight and height, and a drawn dimensions of the item with measurements stated.

About Lolita

Lolita is a fashion subculture in Japan that is primarily influenced by Victorian children’s clothing as well as costumes from the Rococo period. Lolita has made this into a unique fashion by adding gothic and original design elements to the look. From this, Lolita fashion has evolved into several different sub styles and has created a devoted subculture in Japan. The Lolita look consists primarily of a knee length skirt or dress, headdress, blouse, petticoat, knee length socks or stockings and rocking horse or high heel/platform shoes. Teddy bears and dolls such as Dollfies are often carried to emphasize the childlike look.

The Lolita outfit consists of a lot of sections and shall be explained one by one -

Hair accessories : Clips, hair comb, hair bands, headdress(round/rectangle), mini victorian hats, old fashioned hats, mini dollhats, straw hats, mini crowns, tiara, berets, bonnets and ear muffs.

Jewellery and others : Traditional victorian lovely pieces, pearls, chokers, wrist cuffs and gloves.

Outer wear : Light jackets, heavy coats, capelets, boleros and cardigans.

Blouses : Feminine and traditional victorian is the key word to the overall look.

Cutsews : Knit/jersey material for the casual look.

Bags n parasols : Bags, purses, totes, should be pretty and elegant to suit the colour and theme of your outfit.

Skirts : Bellshaped, tiered, scalloped and slightly above the knee.

One piece : Puffed sleeves, cross ties, lace trim ,can be worn alone or with a blouse beneath.

Jumper skirts : Worn alone in hot weather or with a blouse beneath.

Waloli & Qiloli : Inspired by Japanese/chinese clothings.

Aprons : Suitable for a costumy feel for appropriate events.

Innerwear -
Bloomers: Loose shorts gathered at the bottom and worn under a skirt to protect modesty.
Pannier / Petticoat: A type of underskirt usually made of tulle worn to give volume to skirts.
Corsets and leggings.

Shoes : Flats, platforms, heeled maryjanes, rocking horse shoes and cute sandals (summer).

Workshop 2 - Sweet Lolita

Dear all,

Haru will be holding workshops opened to the public every now and then. The main subject of the workshops is for everyone to share their own experiences/tips and gain more knowledge from the theme of the workshop. All guest will be required to dress to their best and bring along ur camera (if u have), so that we will all look good in the photos.
